OPPORTUNITY
The Estimator is responsible for pricing and selling assigned jobs, along with various support activities within our established process. This role demands accuracy, persistence, perseverance, a willingness to learn, and a high level of integrity and responsibility. The Estimator must be capable of quickly completing tasks, performing well under pressure, managing time and priorities effectively, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicating effectively with coworkers and customers. Additionally, the Estimator should be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, be a team player, make decisions requiring independent judgment, and interpret and apply relevant policies, regulations, and rules.
REQUIREMENTS
You’ll bring:
A 5 – Star Service Mindset
Prior sales experience
Proven sales track record
Ability to demonstrate your knowledge of roofing principals and roofing sales
Willingness to work as a team player
Ability to generate new leads
Valid Driver’s License and have access to a vehicle able to carry ladders
Competitive spirit and excellent communication skills
Insurance claim experience
Ability to climb a ladder
Perform roof and property inspections
Act as the liaison between carriers and clients
Detail Oriented

Requires standing up for long periods of time.
